Bates Nissan - Service Center

I feel that I don’t get the best quality service as I do at other Nissan locations. Every time I try to state what’s wrong with my vehicle, the service rep seems to always rush me out the door while saying at other Nissan locations. Every time I try to state what’s wrong with my vehicle, the service rep seems to always rush me out the door while saying that he’s going to release the vehicle to me and if I continue to experience the same issues, to bring it back. Trying to get an appointment for service is already tough enough due to availability. Although they are kind and make you feel welcome, I don’t recommend this Nissan dealership at all. I’ll try my luck with the temple location. More

Bates Nissan is the best! I previously owned a 2014 Rogue & used Bates for all my service. Due to a freak hail storm in 2020 my 2014 was totalled. I couldn't think of any other place than Bates to purchase a & used Bates for all my service. Due to a freak hail storm in 2020 my 2014 was totalled. The service guy guide in the correct lane, vaccum inside car, got waited on right way for service, had a recall and they also did beside the regular service. He keep me informed on the service.
