I do appreciate the snacks and brewed coffee selection, although a liquid creamer would be stellar. Staff was pleasant. I took my car in on Good Friday after making an appointment because I knew it would although a liquid creamer would be stellar. Staff was pleasant. I took my car in on Good Friday after making an appointment because I knew it would be busy that day. It took 1 hour and 20 minutes for my car to make it into a bay for a state inspection and I suspect it may have been longer had I not made a few appearances at check-in to inquire. I realize this is perhaps not a pressing issue nor is it a profitable service but it does suggest that my time is not respected by having to wait more than an hour after my scheduled time. More
