Everyone was friendly. My only concern was the scheduling was not correct when I arrived and I had to wait over 2 hours. They apologized for the inconvenience. I called to make an appointment due to the email I received saying it was time for an oil change with a free car wash and was told I didn't need one. Got there and was told to make an appointment and received saying it was time for an oil change with a free car wash and was told I didn't need one. Got there and was told to make an appointment and couldn't be seen so I made another appointment in which I was late and could not be seen and again I was told I didn't need one i came back for a oil change and received service but was told they don't wash cars nor did they vacuum the car. Just wish the service department would be on the same page. Was told that it would take an hour and a half and it took 3 hours More
