I have a battery I wanted to replace covered under the warranty. I asked if I could bring in the battery separately since the car would not start. I was told I had to bring the car in. The battery was te warranty. I asked if I could bring in the battery separately since the car would not start. I was told I had to bring the car in. The battery was tested and failed. I was told I would get half off on the new battery and have a $32 dollar charge for the install. I did not ask them to install it so there should not have been an assumption or a charge. No man should have to pay another man for a job he can do himself. This could have easily been avoided if I could have brought the dead battery and given a new battery. I know it is only $32 dollars, but it is the principle of the matter. I have reached out to Big Nissan and filed a complaint. More
