Fuel pump died. We did not have an appointment, as most people don't for catastrophic failures like that. It was in the shop from Thursday morning by tow truck to end of the day Wednesday. Shuttle driver picked us up to pick it up from the dealership and that always makes things easier. I really enjoy the shuttle driver. He is good conversation, but will be quiet if you aren't feeling chatty. Once they actually got my vehicle in the shop to repair it, it was done in a couple of hours on Wednesday. The communication was a little thin, but our contact was out sick one of the days and that can't be helped. More
