They got me an appointment quickly, for the time I needed. The service started and was completed as promised. The work was done under warranty, as promised. Austin was great. No issues with his customer service. But the lady that takes payment. Poor. She never looked at me once when I was at her counter. And snapped a No issues with his customer service. If your going to snap at me at least look at me. My 11 year old daughter was with me and she observed this woman being nice to everyone else being serviced for 2 hours while we waited for two of my tires to be patched up. But when we got to the counter I guess she had enough for the day. It was not a good experience at all. And one of my tires was ruined while trying to get patched so I need a new tire but it’s not in stock so I have to bring my car back today when the tire comes in. I work and it’s hard to take off. I just wish it was a better experience. More
