Extremely disappointed with this dealership and their unethical treatment of a Disabled Vietnam veteran. My 83 year old father, who has dementia and cannot walk without the assistance of a walker or a cane contacted Wes to help with the purchase of a brand new 2024 maverick pick up truck. Unbeknownst to my sister, myself and my father‘s wife, Wes drove to Clarksville Tennessee from the dealership picked up my father drove him to Lebanon to purchase the vehicle, ,test drove it for my father and drove him back to Clarksville with his brand new $35,000+ dollar truck. The fact that no red flags went off for Wes or anyone in management is disgraceful. This is borderline elder abuse, and they should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of an 83 year old Vietnam veteran with dementia and barely able to walk. More
