Disappointed Scheduled service appointment one week in advance, dropped the car off the night before to ensure service first thing in the morning, ( we drove 1 1/ Scheduled service appointment one week in advance, dropped the car off the night before to ensure service first thing in the morning, ( we drove 1 1/2 hour round trip ). After calling at 330 we found out they never even looked at the vehicle - we asked about a rental car and was told they only had 3 for the whole dealership and none were available. knowing how far we live they were very inconsiderate .... Tried to reschedule for the following week they still had no rental cars .... We could get a appointment in 3 weeks- what a joke I should have known better ( it took 4 phone calls over 3 hours to schedule the first appointment the operator would transfer me to a voicemail that was never returned ) More
