All businesses are doing this now, and it takes too much time. Also, one can't be accurate on a system that makes you rate one through five. The next time, I will not respond at all. I have to guard my time. I gave 5 stars because I don't want to reflect badly on the service agent. It's not his fault that the business sends these time-consuming evaluations. More
