I've bought 15 cars in 20 years and am very loyal to the dealers I have bought from. This one will not get any references from me, or any opportunities to sell to me or my family. A shame they don't know what word of mouth can do. More

Good service Had oil change, brakes adjusted, recall handled and clean up service. Everything was noted on invoice with the exception of recall, Front rubber mat Had oil change, brakes adjusted, recall handled and clean up service. Only comment I would suggest in clean up they explain what is covered. Our rear seats where we generally put walker has some soiled spots that were not covered or cleaned. Needed a higher price clean up service. More

I have purchased three vehicles from Basil Toyota thus far, and have had nothing but great experiences, leaving us the utmost trust and assurance that the people are really looking out for the customer ca far, and have had nothing but great experiences, leaving us the utmost trust and assurance that the people are really looking out for the customer care end of things and they all have the same friendly attitude. We have bought cars, had them serviced, had repair work, and even just drove in to ask a question about some issue r/t the vehicle. We actually bought our last used car, a Camry, from Tim Secrist, without so much as "kicking the tires." We didn't even test drive the car, that is how much we trust him and the Basil folks. As a returning customer my wife and I were treated like crap. Wouldn't negotiate on the price and lied to us about giving us weathertech floormats.
