This was my first purchase from Mike Basil Toyota. My overall experience was great. My wife and myself had a lease expiring and started looking at the Prius 2 months ago with other dealerships. We saw an ad in the newspaper for Basil and we decided to check it out. We gave James a target price and after sitting down and negotiating down payment and Basil incentives we decided to lease the Prius 3 for three years 36,000 miles. we are very happy we did. More

I currently had owned a 2010 Venza but wanted to upgrade to a 2013 Venza with leather seats and AWD. I knew that what I was asking for, with the colors I wanted, was difficult to find. But Bruce one of th to a 2013 Venza with leather seats and AWD. I knew that what I was asking for, with the colors I wanted, was difficult to find. They actually sent someone to MA to get what I had my heart set on and it took less than a week for me to be able to pick up my new Venza! Problem has been solved very professionally by the Used Car Manager, Arron Wosniak. He was not aware of the situation. I recieved my TV for buying the car. He never answered my emails which only added more to my frustration. I will give the dealership another chance. Overall I find this a very good establishment.
