There have been times that I have had a problem and called to ask if they could fit me in and have been told EVERY time to just come on over. From the ladies in the office or on the phone who are professional and courteous to the staff in the service dept who have been so patient when I get my glazed look when talking car parts. Great service! I was able to book a next day appointment on line long after the dealership was closed. In frigid temperatures I could pull my car right in to the he I was able to book a next day appointment on line long after the dealership was closed. Great Service Kinda Pricy I have a 2012 Toyota Camry that had a factory recall on it and I needed an oil change. The service department was very polite and did the service in a very good time. The only complaint I have is the charge for the oil change. I have had my oil changed there in the past and was under $40. When I went to pay my bill it was $63! I know they are there to make money but I can change my own oil for around $36 and don't mind paying a few more bucks for the service but not that much. I guess its my own fault for not asking first. Besides that problem I think they are a top notch place. More

Excellent service in a reasonable amount of time. I arrived at the dealership at approximately 6:50am for a 7:00am appointment. I was able to pull the car into an enclosed heater area where the servic I arrived at the dealership at approximately 6:50am for a 7:00am appointment. I was able to pull the car into an enclosed heater area where the service writer greeted me. After the greeting he explained that I would be more comfortable sitting in the large waiting area in the sales area where there is a TV to watch for the customers convenience. At 7:30am the service writer brought me my keys and explained that my car was done. It was the best dealer experience I have ever had. Keep up the good work Basil Toyota. More
