Service July 5, 2014 Bob the service advisor was very professional and helpful. He provided me with a loaner vehicle, since my car required lengthy repairs. I was happy with the service and the quality of the work. However, I was disappointed that my car required a new toe adjustor arm at 73,000 miles. I did not expect this type of part to wear out on a Toyota. I do appreciate your Saturday service hours. More

Positive Experience at Basil Toyota In May I had a 6 month service appointment, and I mentioned to Jim McQuade, assistant service manager, that there was a small dent in the passeng In May I had a 6 month service appointment, and I mentioned to Jim McQuade, assistant service manager, that there was a small dent in the passenger door of my 2013 Toyota Avalon. He immediately took a look and then had someone from the body shop also examine. it. On June 12th I asked to speak to Jim about having the dent fixed, and I was able to have it done the next morning at 10:00 AM. He said it would take about an hour so I stayed and waited in the beautiful lounge equipped with TV, comfortable seating inside and out, and fresh fruit and coffee available. Sure enough, it took just an hour, and Jim and I examined the car. There was no sign of a dent, and I was very pleased. Before paying, I asked Jim about my Weather Trek floor mats, and he showed me how to remove and install them. Not only was Jim friendly and helpful, all of the service people are friendly. And my salesman Tim Secrist was excellent. I have only owned the Toyota since November; however so far I love the car (especially after the dent was removed), and the personnel I have dealt with. More

I've bought 15 cars in 20 years and am very loyal to the dealers I have bought from. This one will not get any references from me, or any opportunities to sell to me or my family. Good service Had oil change, brakes adjusted, recall handled and clean up service. Only comment I would suggest in clean up they explain what is covered. Our rear seats where we generally put walker has some soiled spots that were not covered or cleaned. Needed a higher price clean up service. More

I have purchased three vehicles from Basil Toyota thus far, and have had nothing but great experiences, leaving us the utmost trust and assurance that the people are really looking out for the customer ca far, and have had nothing but great experiences, leaving us the utmost trust and assurance that the people are really looking out for the customer care end of things and they all have the same friendly attitude. We have bought cars, had them serviced, had repair work, and even just drove in to ask a question about some issue r/t the vehicle. We actually bought our last used car, a Camry, from Tim Secrist, without so much as "kicking the tires." We didn't even test drive the car, that is how much we trust him and the Basil folks.
