Upon entering the service area I was greeted by Brian and welcomed to Basil. I was waiting for my vehicle work to be done so Brian showed me to (a very comfortable) waiting area. When the service was complete, Brian came and went over what the Service Tech had done. In no time at all I was back on the road with a ticket for a free car wash down the street.
