sales great - service - not so sure about - yet we bought an older used (08) Corolla - and the sakes dept. was great - finance was wonderful to work with. But the next day - when I had to call servi we bought an older used (08) Corolla - and the sakes dept. was great - finance was wonderful to work with. But the next day - when I had to call service, as they had put new brakes on the front - during a ride that first evening - the front hubcaps fell off and we could not locate them. And it addition to that the windshield had some cracks. I was told I needed to speak with Joe who services the used cars and he would be in about 8 am. I waited until 10 am and called again - he said he would check with his service manager and call me back - I waited until almost 3 and called again - this time I demanded to speak with a manager. I was put with a customer relationship manager who assured me it would be looked into. Within minutes Joe called - new hubcaps ordered - BUT they would replace windshield - they would fix cracks but no way was I getting a new windshield. There are "bubbles" in the glass that when driving into the rising or setting sun - it's like the windshield is fogged over. to me it's a safety issue - but if they can fix it I will be okay with that. Juts unsure about how future service issues will be since they were not proactive about the first time I called when I had owed the car less than 24 hrs. Will have to wait and see - but no happy this far. More
Nice comfortable transaction. I turned in my older Basil leased Camry for a new one. We were tempted to try a different make of car for some variety. Glad we didn't. No appointment and still great service. I wanted to have a tire changed so I called and asked if the dealer service department would change it for me. Not only did they change my tire they also asked if I wanted my 10000 miles Toyota care service done on my 2014 Camry to save me an additional trip. Well I am very pleased with the service I received especially when I didn't have an appointment. More
