ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE--AVOID AT ALL COSTS As a former Basil employee said to me, "Save yourself the trouble...GO TO NORTHTOWN OR WEST HERR." Seriously though, drive ten extra minutes down the road..you'll forever be glad you did. Extremely nice facility, however Mike Basil has horribly inept, unprofessional employees representing his company (Chris Jagielo in particular). On top of this, you're almost guaranteed to pay an extra 30-50 dollars per month at Basil as opposed to their direct competitor's (Northtown, West Herr). I was quoted NINETY dollars less per month at West Herr for the SAME EXACT car--these people are not honest. And for those of you who are so unlucky as to end up here, good luck and godspeed (you'll need it)! More

And have never had any difficulty getting an appointment as they have early,late, and weekend service available. And Jamie the salesperson I dealt with always greets me and asks if she can do anything for me whenever she has seen me there. No complaints so far. More

Do not service your vehicle at this dealership I bought a certified preowned 2012 Camry LE from Basil Toyota at the end of 2014. Just a year and a half later, I recently took it in for a routine oi I bought a certified preowned 2012 Camry LE from Basil Toyota at the end of 2014. Just a year and a half later, I recently took it in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I was just told that my alignment was already off and needed to be realigned ($100). I was also told that my brake calipers were rusting and needed to be replaced as they were applying uneven wear to my brake pads ($105). The biggest kicker to me was that somehow the plastic tabs on my air housing assembly broke off and was only being held by the metallic tabs. It was $220 for changing out the part alone. I still can't understand how this broke off. It seems like it would require brute force from someone, and since I am rather automobile savvy, I am sure it was not me. I can't possibly blame the tech who worked on my car, but I am little wary on what's happening back in Basil's garage. I politely turned down all the above, but was frustrated that such issues are now present after I bought what I thought was a multi-point inspected pre-certified vehicle. I had an appointment scheduled for 11:30AM but walked out the dealership at 1PM, just for an oil change and tire rotation... Overall I do not think I am bringing back the vehicle I purchased from them to service again. More
