I was offered a loaner car while mine was being serviced. Several things came up that I needed to get done that day and I was able to get them done while mine was being serviced. I would like to point out that it was a free loaner. This is one of the reasons why I switched to this dealership after 25 years + at another one. John H More

Wirth, recently purchasd a used vehicle from Basil Toyota on Transit Road Lockport, NY 14094. I would say my experience was poor. This is based on one terrible thing they did. My Sales expert was Brittany Hopper. She was great. As I walked in the front door she greated me with a smile and willingness to assist me. I told her I was interested in a specific car I saw online. she got the keys and we went for a test drive. That was great. I needed to buy the car in a hurry since I needed to get to work. They worked with me until I needed to leave and were fine with finalizing everything the next day. Great service there. The next day I return. I complete some paperwork with Brittany...again she is great. I then meet with the finance guy. After he introduces himself he tells me when I am finished with Brittany I will go into his office to complete the deal. He starts out with "There is just a small problem...you wanted your payment under $200.00. We had to go just slightly over that because your credit is ... (What the actual number is) (my credit is not perfect it is fair) so because of that we got you this interest rate of 11.99% which is great. So anyway your payment has to be $212.00. Just over the agreed upon." I think to myself- I wanted the payment to be $100.00 per month but said okay to under $200.00 when that was not possible. Yeah my credit isn't perfect, okay. I Tell him okay. He procededs to have me sign things and tells me things. In there somewhere he tells me the warrenty I have on the vehicle. I kept forgetting to ask Brittany what the warrentee was on this car. Well this warrentee is great 5 years or 100,000 miles. Wow great warrentee I was expecting 30 days. Now hind sight I should have known that great warrentee was not free, but it could have been in the cost of the vehicle. The finance guy puts a peice of paper in front of me for me to sign. This shows me the sales tax. I said "Wait a minute. This seems high. Do you have the agreed upon price of the vehicle?" He then gets out the sales contract and shows me. Yep there is the correct agreed upon price. There is my trade in value coming off... "Um what is this $950.00?" The finance guy says " oh that is that beautiful 5 yr. or 100,000 mile warrentee we are giving you" I become visibly upset. He becomes visibly nervous. He says we can remove that if you do not want it. I said "I was never asked if I wanted it added. That's 1000 dollars!" He again says they can remove it. I am now pissed. I tell him "do you wonder why people think car dealers are crooks?" I reluctantly decide to leave it on the car. I liked the warrentee and I was too pressed for time to have them redo all of the paper work (which they of course knew). We finish up. I asked him how do I make a formal complaint about this. He said he would tell his sales Manager. I follow him to the sales manager and the Manager also asks if I want it removed. I tell him "no but that is not a nice way to treat people. I was never asked. This behavior should be criminal." He responds "Well criminal is a harsh word. You can let the finance guy know in the next couple of days if you want it removed." I leave with my new used car. Later I think ... Wait it is criminal...They lead me to believe I did not get my agreed upon payment- they went over $200.00 a month when they were supposed to be under $200.00 per month as agreed upon- They lead me to believe it was because my credit was not good enough...No It Was Because You Added $1000.00 To The Bill! I do love the car and it's warrentee but this experience Sucked! Brittany Hopper I am sorry because you were great. The rest Shady at best. Also I can not help but wonder had I not caught it would they ever have mentioned it????? More
Another Basil GREAT DEAL! In sum: all the things they did NOT do sold me. No attitude toward female buyer. Excellent, friendly and peaceful I've been buying Toyotas for almost 20 years. Bought my 2016 Prius for the first time from Basil. Although a drive for me for service, it is well wort I've been buying Toyotas for almost 20 years. Bought my 2016 Prius for the first time from Basil. Although a drive for me for service, it is well worth it as the waiting area is comfortable (outside in warm weather), the service personnel are friendly, a place to work with your computer or charge your phone. It was far different from what I was used to - overworked personnel and noisy, loud TV, hectic and constant loudspeaker announcements. Only had 5000 mile check up but it was great. More

I've been here several times now for my oil change, I bought my SUV here last November. Quite a few people warned me about wait times for maintenance. I've been here several times now for my oil change, tire rotation, minor repair and inspection. I've never been waiting more than 1hour 15 mins! I am pleasantly surprised EACH time! The customer service people are very nice and easy to deal with. I recommend this dealership and will be using them again in an upcoming car purchase. Heather P. PS.
