Everything Accomplished To My Satisdfaction While I had been there once before for a simple oil change, I received a notice in the mail that my 2013 Prius was the subject of a safety recall for While I had been there once before for a simple oil change, I received a notice in the mail that my 2013 Prius was the subject of a safety recall for a software update. Since the car was also due for maintenance,I knew I should probably get both items done and be done with it. I called Basil Toyota the next day to see if they could handle both jobs at once and they said bring it in. Normally I''d drop in unannounced , but since I was still not very familar with the dealership, I felt better calling.. Bottom line, I got both the recall and a four wheel alignment done with a tires rotation thrown in, quick succession. The facility is only a few years old and is modern with a accommodating staff and a comfortable waiting lounge. I left with a feeling that the job was done right and knowing I had dealt with a professional staff throughout my visit. I'll be going back again as I see no reason to go elsewhere. More

Unexpected Service I live approximately 50 miles from the dealership. (purchased my new vehicle there because they gave me the best deal. I happened to be at a medical appointment about halfway from the dealership and just after lunch called on the chance they could fit me in for service as I had a noisy heater/AC fan. They told me to come right over. They replaced the fan motor and I was finished in a little over an hour. Very satisfied. More

I knew what I wanted in a car and what my current budget could afford, I just needed to be treated with respect, and Nick did just that. As an older recently divorced single parent living on disability, my credit had taken a hit by my ex but was showing potential. My situation was very unique in that it was just weeks before Christmas and my daughter and I was in the middle of a move when my car was totaled in an accident. So I was already limited in funds and had nothing really to put down on a replacement vehicle. Nick put my mind at ease and took the time to assure me that they could work out a solution. He brought out the beautiful Nissan Rogue that I had come to specifically test drive. One other dealership just prior basically told me I could forget about finding an SUV with my credit. Bottom line, I not only bought the Rogue with no money down, but it has the leather/heated seats I prefer AND also a shout-out to Mike who found me a lender that could keep my payments within my tight budget. This was the best car buying experience in my 40 years. More
