We weren't sure whether we were going to buy or lease a vehicle, but within minutes of meeting salesperson Cole Murrell, we knew we were in good hands. He matched us with a gently used 2018 Rav 4 with only vehicle, but within minutes of meeting salesperson Cole Murrell, we knew we were in good hands. He matched us with a gently used 2018 Rav 4 with only 15,000 miles on it, at a great price. The transaction went smoothly and seamlessly, and within hours we left the dealership with our new (to us!) beautiful vehicle. We couldn't be happier with the salesperson, the service team who prepped our vehicle, and the finance team! It was a completely wonderful experience! We have been solely Toyota purchasers since 2006, and this is our new dealership of choice that we will certainly recommend to others. More
I was interested in a Toyota Supra so there was a discounted price on their website. It also stated if you fill out your information, you can get an E-Price. So I completed the online form and submit discounted price on their website. It also stated if you fill out your information, you can get an E-Price. So I completed the online form and submitted it and instantly an Eprice showed. I then received an email from Jennifer Wisniewski regarding the Supra. I stated I received an Eprice and am interested in purchasing the car . I told her I am an out of state buyer. I told her to give me the payments based on the Eprice and sales tax based on my residency. She emails back and gives me a quote on a monthly payment. That quote was way off compared to my calculations. Again my calculations were based on the Eprice plus dealer fees plus sales tax. Her quote was over $100 a month more than my quote. Her quote was based on MSRP of the car while my quote was based on the Eprice which was $6500 off the price of the car. I then emailed her my calculations. This was on Tues April 26, 2021. So far as of this writing on April 28, 2021, there has been no response from anyone from the dealership. Talk about poor customer service. I guess they are not interested in selling a customer a car. Why would anyone want to do business with this dealership? I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. The good news is I went to a local dealer to test drive the Supra. I enjoyed the car and I showed them the eprice that I received from Basil Toyota. They matched the price of the car and I bought the car on the spot! I also saved shipping costs as well. Well it looks like even though Basil Toyota will not match their own Eprice, at least other dealers will. More
I brought my Rav 4 in for recall service. The service was finished much faster than I thought it would take. Steve, the service technician, noticed that my inspection was due and also took care of that so t finished much faster than I thought it would take. Took my car in on Tues am for a oil change and an appt for a detailed cleaning. Was never told during making appt it would take over 6 hrs and so arranged to bring in car in Wed, by Thursday morning when for a detailed cleaning. Was never told during making appt it would take over 6 hrs and so arranged to bring in car in Wed, by Thursday morning when told car was done it was not. Another 6 hr wait till all maintenance done and over $700! Not told prior to all work being done. Communication needs to be improved is my take. Everyone seemed rushed but professional. Left feeling disappointed at not fully informed along the way. More

Took a week to get my vehicle ready and still took half the day to get my vehicle and they said they would take care of a scratch and after a week they did nothing, did a terrible detail and told me lies a the day to get my vehicle and they said they would take care of a scratch and after a week they did nothing, did a terrible detail and told me lies about what my vehicle included. Could not make time for me and I had make myself available for them not the other way around, also received 3 phone calls asking me to come another day to make room for more sales. They already had my money so I didn’t matter anymore. I love Toyota vehicles but basil is a joke. Thanks for nothing. More
