Ripoff I took my car in to get the wheels rotated about 4 months ago and paid about $20, fair enough. About two weeks ago, I needed to bring it in again to I took my car in to get the wheels rotated about 4 months ago and paid about $20, fair enough. About two weeks ago, I needed to bring it in again to have the oil changed and was told that the rotors were scored and needed to be replaced with the brakes. $400. Wouldn't have made sense to tell me that the brakes needed to be replaced when the tires were rotated? This was definitely done purposefully so that they could shake me down for more money. I just wonder how many other people they do this to. This was all after they conned me into buying a 2-wheel drive vehicle after I signed a few papers and they told me that it was a 4 wheel drive vehicle. I will never do business with these thieves again and recommend that no one else does as well. More

I was informed I would not receive another oil change - as problems mechanically/electrically do not occur with my car. The staff insisted I have work performed that Nissan said I didn't need. ...any business refusing to honor signed contracts isn't worth doing business with. Keep an eye on what you agree to with this company. More
