Well let's begin with my last visit 2 weeks ago I asked to speak with Jason Hughes and was told that he was in a meeting so I went on to voice my concerns with Patrick by the end of the conversation he sta to speak with Jason Hughes and was told that he was in a meeting so I went on to voice my concerns with Patrick by the end of the conversation he stated that he will see what he can do about my issue. Let's see it's 2 weeks later I have not heard from Patrick nor Jason Hughes. Their customer service is really bad between 2 managers that should know better about following up with their customers' issues. I believe Jason Hughes just did not want to deal with me so he pretended to be in a meeting so unprofessional. I had given them both enough time to follow up with me so they should not be surprised that there getting a bad review hope they can learn from their mistakes. More

This was a frustrating experience (not on their part). .. So to explain my point, about 5 months back I traded in a Truck (a Chevrolet Colorado) that was bought from their brother/sister company Joe Basil .. So to explain my point, about 5 months back I traded in a Truck (a Chevrolet Colorado) that was bought from their brother/sister company Joe Basil on Transit... The truck needed warranty work... They wanted me to either drop off the vehicle Monday through Friday between 08:00am and 04:00pm. I worked 05:50am til about 3:30pm... That's not possible I told them... They said if you get a rental, we'll reimburse you IF we find warranty work needed. My truck was squealing while decelerating and accelerating. It got worse and louder over time. They didn't offer me a courtesy vehicle or a shuttle to get me to and from work. Frustrated I traded it in (early) to get into a Jeep Cherokee Latitude Plus. It was great, loved the Jeep until the snow storm we got last week. It was gut clenching and did not handle the snow as I expected it to being a Jeep Cherokee 4cylTurbo. Tires were good... It slid like it was on skates... I work as an armed security guard, this Jeep needed to get me to and from work, and did not meet my expectations. I traded it in toward another truck (full size) to make sure this never happened again and that I had a way to work. They worked with me... The payment is higher than I wanted... But I'll never be stuck in a snow storm again... The team was great.... Thanks. More
I was treated poorly at their location in Orchard Park. We bought a vehicle here instead. They gave it to us dirty and full of dog hair and told us to go get it detailed ourselves because they didn't have We bought a vehicle here instead. They also said the heated seats worked, Todd lied to me about that when he picked up the car because he told me they worked when he drove it and then later said he'd call us about the chip that he didn't know was missing. xx I'm not stupid. I was just sick of dealing with their games because I spent days there trying to complete my purchase. We have very nicely asked about it here and there (once every few weeks) and Todd just brushes us off with no information. Typical salesman behavior. Acts like theyre going to do what they say but as soon as you sign they don't give a rats behind because the sale is over. Never again will I buy from Basil. I should have learned when they were disrespectful to me at the Orchard Park location. Don't waste your time. Go somewhere else and be sure you check to make sure everything on the car works. I'll be reaching out to GMC to further advise them of the issues. More
It was a pure pleasure working with Patrick and Chris (the awesome finance guru) this weekend. I traded in a lease and purchased a car. This whole process took 2 hours and 12 minutes! Crazy. Everyone at this dealership was very helpful and attentive. You could tell the employees enjoyed their job. I will be sending every person I know to work with Pat and Chris when they are looking for a used car. Luckily, I have lifetime oil changes so I will get to say hi occasionally. Thank you so much for taking the stress out of a car purchase. More
