Nightmares with service, and whole experience. After 2 years car is worth $4000 less than what I owe. Warranty did not cover many of the repairs needed. Can't repair certain Chrysler parts. over all I love Basil Resale but I spent 4 hours in there to close a deal, didn't take me that long with Sandy. I don't know how much experience he has but he was very nice and polite. Never got a follow up email like I did before and didn't get a coffee mug like I did before.
