Overall very pleased. The 2010 Impala I bought from them in 2011 has been the most reliable car I've ever had. Poor customer experience Bought car in March. Dealer tried to add extended warranty package to my loan. Didn't think I would notice the added cost. Balked at furnishing cyber Bought car in March. Took five months to arrange for a loaner car for service work that was promised to correct deficiencies found at vehicle delivery. Loaner car is '09 with 145k miles and in poor condition. Just a bad experience all the way around. More
