I must say that all aspects of the sale were professional, smooth and easy going. Patrick Schultz went out of his way to accommodated my needs being handicapped and found the right vehicle. I traded in the 1st car purchased 4+ years ago and got a good deal. What impressed me is the length and effort he went to find my car offering 3 other vehicles that might fit my needs. I had a few things detailed and tweaked after, I found my car and the Service Department was great and very polite. Hats Off to the entire Basil Team!!! I will spread the word................... More

I got my car in July of this year and had a few minor issues but JOHN LOMBARDI and STEVE in sales has been by my side since day 1. Amazing Service ! Outstanding Customer satisfaction I was greeted by the General Manager from the front door to the conference table , Where I met with my salesman Ray Baller . Never again I was a Basil customer and have recommended them in the past. Never again. I brought a vehicle to them to see if they would buy it because they contac I was a Basil customer and have recommended them in the past. Never again. Sandy McQuestion said they love it but couldn't give me a quote because their internet was down and would be in touch as soon as it comes back.
