Broke down the advertised no appointment necessary drop truck off was told wasn't offered a ride head to ask wasn't offered a loaner car my only vehicle I'm paying bought from that dealership I'm told that truck off was told wasn't offered a ride head to ask wasn't offered a loaner car my only vehicle I'm paying bought from that dealership I'm told that I will get a call when they're ready to call me because seven other people came in today with the same incident and I guess that was my problem seemed kind of rude I waited 24 hours feeling like I couldn't call back because I was told that I would be called I do call back and the second service guy obviously talked to the first service guy and said oh we're looking at it we'll give you a call when we got something like they don't tell me anything very rude service I was considering buying a new truck this year from them definitely not going to do that anymore I would recommend taking my vehicle to almonds or somewhere else and they didn't even give me any time whatsoever they're just leaving me hanging More

Do not believe GM parts were used on my vehicle. The invoice for service I received clearly does not show GM part numbers. The dealership cut me a check for the rebate. Was advised by the dealership if I were to send the invoice in with the rebate, it would have been kicked back to me. As of the writing of this review, I now have a squeaky noise coming from my driver side wheel. Called dealership to get it in and was advised not scheduled until next week; can drop it off tonight and they will try to get it in tomorrow. I am extremely upset. I am a single parent who drives 35 minutes to my place of employment. I have put my trust into this dealership and I feel I have deceived by this dealership. I further believe I paid GM prices for second market parts. More
