1st Time user While I was very pleased with the work completed, my complaint deals with communication. When my vehicle was dropped off I was contacted later that da While I was very pleased with the work completed, my complaint deals with communication. When my vehicle was dropped off I was contacted later that day, that the replacement part would not be delivered until the following day. Being that my appointment wasn’t until 2pm, I had no issue with this. I also received a text message from the person I was working with saying that if I have curation please feel free to send me a text or call the number listed. The following day at 11:30 I sent a text message to the Service rep to get an update, after an hour and no response I called the service desk and was told she was at lunch and she would call me back. At 1:30 I called the serve center again after not receiving a phone call and was assured my message would be delivered this time. At 2:30 I called again and this time after a 5 minute hold I was told the part didn’t arrive on time could not be replaced that day. I was told my option were to come pick up my vehicle, which meant rescheduling an appointment, with the next available being 8 days out or I could leave my vehicle there and maybe a mechanic could work my vehicle in between appointments. When asked why my vehicle that had been in the shop for 36hrs wouldn’t have priority on Friday morning I was informed that’s not the way the service center works. My vehicle was fixed by 10:30am the next morning, but that was a way too complicated repair. I was also not able to get a receipt because the printer wasn’t working. I hate to assume, I had all these issues because the work required was warranty work resulting in no gross profit. More
