Terrible experience! My boyfriend went to take his car into their service department and in return got his whole stereo system stolen! He had installed kicker amps and subs and it was all taken out. The service department did not call the police until my boyfriend went to get the car (They didn't tell him it was stolen until he opened his trunk). The general manager said it was not their problem since they are not responsible for what is left in the car. To bad this was not just "stuff" left in the car it was a whole system that was neatly unscrewed and taken out. They helped with nothing and in turn my boyfriend and family were cussed at and just told to leave. I thought barry sanders was a great place until now! DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! More
My name is Phillip Deisher and I recently purchased a used car for my 16 year old daughter at your dealership. I talked to my daughter prior to entering your business about how difficult it can be to de used car for my 16 year old daughter at your dealership. I talked to my daughter prior to entering your business about how difficult it can be to deal when purchasing a car and to be prepared to spend a while being played games with and negotiating. We had already picked out the car she wanted and went in to talk with one of your sales rep's Chris Cook. Chris had told me the asking price and I shot him back a price that was more what we could afford. Chris did just what I expected and told us he would have to get a manager to approve the offer. I told my daughter that he would for sure come back with a figure higher than we could afford. Was I ever surprised when Chris came back and immediately shook my hand and said congratulations. I have never in over 30 years been sold a car without the dealer playing the bidding game and wasting nearly a day of my time in the process. This was by far the best experience I have ever had while purchasing an automobile. I will definitely be returning to Barry Sanders next time I go car shopping. I have just bought a 2010 dodge ram from Barry Sanders Supercenter and I just wanted to recognize my salesman, Chris Cook. I waned to start off by saying "what a great guy." If every sales person was like him, your already great company would hit a home run every day! I visited other dealerships in stillwater and had terrible experiences unfortunately. I never felt pressured by Chris at all, and look at what he was able to do. Car buying is not always fun, but he made my purchase a blast. When I am ready to do antihero trade, I will be back at Barry Sanders looking for Mr. Cook. You have a great guy on your team. Thank you so much to Chris Cook and Barry Sanders Supercenter. Purchased a 3 year old Honda Fit with 34,000 miles on it. Purchased a 3 year old Honda Fit with 34,000 miles on it. Was assured this was a certified inspected vehicle as stated on the orange sticker on t Purchased a 3 year old Honda Fit with 34,000 miles on it. Was assured this was a certified inspected vehicle as stated on the orange sticker on the windshield. Less than 10 days after purchase, had a flat tire, took it to a tire dealer who put it up on the rack to show me that all four tires were BALD and did not meet vehicle safety requirements. >Cost me $340 for a set of new tires. Less than three weeks after purchase, the transmission locked up in Oklahoma City and cost $150 to get it towed to a Honda Dealer. Dealer could find nothing wrong with trans at that time. > Ten days after that the front wheel bearings blew out in Cincinnati. Cost $540 to replace at Honda dealer in Cincinnati. Honda Dealer refused to accept extended warranty we had purchased from Barry Sanders for $1,400. (They said they don't accept third party warranties) BSC had told us it was a nationwide warranty. I spoke by phone with the general manager J.Bird at BSSC and was told to bring copies of all bills in to review and discuss with him. On Tuesday 8/17 I went to the dealership to talk with him but he sent me to J Kirkes Finance Mgr. He (Jason Kirkes) refused to do anything other than to buy back the Honda for $5,000 LESS THAN I PAID 90 days prior. These folks are nothing but high pressure crooks! Do NOT buy any used car from these people. I have great respect for Barry Sanders accomplishments, but this dealer ship fails to meet expected standards of fairness and honesty. More

On July 20th, 2010 we purchased a blue 2008 dodge ram 1500 from Barry Sanders Supercenter of Stillwater. The salesperson was Duke Potter. He was very friendly and tried to answer all our questions. We'd like to express our appreciation for the excellent work and services performed by this sales team with our recent purchase. I actually found the truck we purchased online. I then called the Supercenter and was put into contact with Mr. Bolay. He gave me excellent information abouth the truck upon my request. I work crazy hours at my office and Mr. Bolay even brought the vehicle to me to look at. This has never been an experience offered before by any other dealer. I am NOT new to the car buying game, I HATE IT! My husband hates it even more. My time spent in the office completing my finance paperwork was practically finished before I even got there. We did most of the details over the phone. Mr. Kirkes was readily available to finish the "fine" line stuff and explained my warranty information to my complete satisfaction. At other dealerships the sales staff has never made me feel like my time was not valuable leaving me waiting for hours. NOT at Barry Sanders, they were courteous and helpfull with every aspect of the purchase. I have purchased a vehicle from Barry Sanders and had service work done there, not only on the car I bought from them but on my other vehicles as well. The sales department is very knowledgeable and fri service work done there, not only on the car I bought from them but on my other vehicles as well. The sales department is very knowledgeable and friendly and there service department is top notch. They even gave me a vehicle to drive while my van was in their service department overnight. Every time I go there I get offered something to drink by everyone that I come in contact with. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a deal on car or in need of any service on their vehicle. More
