Told me when purchasing the "Royal Treatment" that I could just drop my car off for service and have a loaner. When I tried to do so the employee in the service department asked me who told me th that I could just drop my car off for service and have a loaner. When I tried to do so the employee in the service department asked me who told me that? Then my salesman came out and told me it would only be about 5 minutes for them to change my oil and they would be done before he could even print the papers. So he leaves. I then wait about 45 minutes to go back out and the employee in the shop tells me it would only be about 15 minutes. They just didn't want to give me a loaner car, which made me late for an appointment. I won't use their service department after my "Royal Treatment" is up! More

As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a huge smile and welcome! I told Joe I was from out of town and was just trying to get an idea of what type of vehicle I REALLY want. Joe was extremely professi and welcome! I told Joe I was from out of town and was just trying to get an idea of what type of vehicle I REALLY want. Joe was extremely professional, courteous, and most of all patient! Although he understood I was trying to get a feel for the appropriate vehicle and was from out of town, he treated me as if I was going to immediately buy that car. He could have just blown me off and let me look on my own, but he didn't. I received outstanding service from the time we drove up. He's a keeper!!! :-) More

Friendly and found exactly what I was looking for. I had come for another car but Katie brought up a car that I was able to get into for the right price. I was looking for a used car for my daughter, Jeremy went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable at the dealership. We needed a vehicle with some room, but better gas mileage then a SUV, but not a mini above and beyond to make us feel comfortable at the dealership. Jeremy Bird and Barry Sanders Super Center sold me a pickup a little over a year ago and I couldn't have asked for a better truck buying experience. I was able to call him on the phone and let him know what I was looking for and he found it for me in one day. I never felt pressured or intimidated into purchasing a vehicle I didn't want. They never tried to change my mind about what I wanted and were all about helping me find the right truck for me. I will never buy another truck from a different dealership. I will always be going to Jeremy Bird and Barry Sanders Super Center to purchase my future vehicles. Since I have purchased my vehicle I have had a few questions and have never hesitated to call Barry Sanders Super Center for a answer and I have always gotten the answer I needed. I would recommend them to anyone I knew looking to buy a vehicle. More

I believe that Barry Sanders Super Center is a crooked car dealership because on July 4, 2011 I purchased a 2012 Hyundai Elantra Limited from out of town and they delivered a 2011 to me. Duke Potter and car dealership because on July 4, 2011 I purchased a 2012 Hyundai Elantra Limited from out of town and they delivered a 2011 to me. Duke Potter and Jeremy Bird told me in email and on the phone that they had the exact 2012 Elantra I specified and that we had agreed on for purchase, for which I paid the sticker price of a 2012 and the freight charge, and that they would have it delivered to Stillwater from Texas. When I found out that the car was a 2011, I confronted them and they denied that I had asked for and paid for a 2012. At that point I sent the General Manager - Jeremy Bird - copies of the emails that had a MyHyundai - "Build Your Own' 2012 Hyundai Elantra Limited with the entire spec sheet and all options/accessories spelled out which they used to confirm that they had that year, make, model, and configuration and were ready to sell it to me. If I had not had tthat proof they would have "sold" another lie and made the customer take the loss. The bottom line is that they said they had a 2012 Hyundai Elantra Limited and that is what I paid for but they delivered a 2011 and tried to make me keep the car and they pocket the extra money between the cost of a 2011 and 2012. Not until they read the emails and I threathened to take legal action did they say they would come get the car. Barry Sanders was a great football player and a credit to OSU, but this kind of treatment is what makes people hate car dealers, and the sales people that sell for Barry Sanders. Hey Barry, maybe you should keep a closer eye on the people that work for you or do you try to find people like Jeremy Bird that can lie, cheat and steal to make more money for you? This is a disgrace. Duke Potter the 'Sales Pro' for Barry Sanders Super Center in Stillwater Ok. you should be ashamed of yourself for trying to cheat a customer. Is this how "professional car sales" are done? Sell the customer what they ask for, deliver something less, and try to force them to eat the loss? Jeremy Bird - the 'Sales Manager' for Barry Sanders Super Center in Stillwater, Ok. you should be ashamed to have Duke Potter work for you and you sir bring shame to Barry Sanders and all HONEST car salespersons. Barry Sanders why do you keep these people working for you? Have you no shame Barry? Barry Sanders are you and honest car dealer? More
