Satisfaction Delivered!! I recently had some title issues with a car I purchased from Barry Sanders Supercenter. However, after my purchase I was contacted by General Manager, Rick Crawford, and he apologized for the problems I had incurred and immediately set out to make my experience more pleasant. Working with Mr. Crawford was a very pleasant experience and his dedication to customer satisfaction is admirable and authentic. The car I purchased is everything I expected and after the title issues were solved by Mr. Crawford my overall experience was immediately changed and I am absolutely satisfied!! I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Barry Sanders Supercenter and if for some reason you have an unforeseen issue with your purchase, please don't hesitate to contact Mr. Crawford or one of his associates. Absolutely Awful COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY HORRIBLE, TRYING TO JACK PEOPLE OF THEIR MONEY ONCE AGAIN. I HAVE TO GO GET AN ATTORNEY NOW TO SUE. WE WENT IN THE FIRST TIME T COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY HORRIBLE, TRYING TO JACK PEOPLE OF THEIR MONEY ONCE AGAIN. I HAVE TO GO GET AN ATTORNEY NOW TO SUE. WE WENT IN THE FIRST TIME TO BUY OUR CAR AND THE FINANCIAL GUY xxxxED US AND DIDN'T TELL US OUR CREDIT SCORE, EVEN AFTER WE ASKED, MADE US SIGN THE PAPER WORK EXC. DIDN'T SPEAK A WORD. MADE OUR INTEREST ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS AS WELL AS OUR PAYMENTS. THEN CALL US RIGHT AFTER OUR PAPER TAG GOES OUT AND SAY "THE LAST GUY MESSED UP, WE NEED YOU TO COME IN SO WE CAN FIX IT, YOU NEVER ACTUALLY GOT THE LOAN" AND THEN A MONTH LATER, SAME THING, BUT THIS TIME ITS THE GENERAL SALES MANAGER DEALING WITH US AND HE TELLS US WE NEED TO PUT ANOTHER 2,000 DOWN ON OUR CAR OR WE HAVE TO GIVE IT UP BECAUSE THE BANK DROPPED US AGAIN FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON. COULDN'T TELL US EACH TIME WHY THIS WAS HAPPENING....SO DO NOT COME TO THIS DEALERSHIP. More
