At first I was intimidated by all of the new technology, like stopping by itself and steering assistance. Collin helped me see how user-friendly this stuff can be, when explained properly. I was most impressed with how easy buying a car was! The negotiations were painless as they showed me the pricing and payments without hiding any details. Wade did the finance paperwork and explained everything so I could understand, and he helped me find the best payment plan! I've read some of the negative reviews and haven't experienced anything like that. Someone must not have gotten what they wanted and have sour grapes. Thank you to everyone at Barry Sanders Supercenter for helping me get my first ever brand new vehicle!!! More
Typical slimy dealership you get warned about Lies about pricing. Wont give you full information. If you corner them into giving you detailed info they will make stuff up or raise the price of t Lies about pricing. Wont give you full information. If you corner them into giving you detailed info they will make stuff up or raise the price of the car. Guess what if you guys would have been truthful, I might not have bought a car from you but would have still considered you for future purchases. Your shady tactics only work on gullible people and instead of making a sale and perhaps a lifetime customer, all you got was negative reviews that I hope others will read and proceed with caution. He made my friend and I extremely comfortable from the very beginning of the sale experience. I usually shop online because I do not like high pressuring sales people. I didn’t get that at all from Victor. He was very personable, kind, and explained the car buying process in language that I could appreciate and understand. I will tell everyone that wants to hear about Berry Sanders Superstore and Victor Morris , please go visit them when you want a great experience and an awesome vehicle! More

After arguing for hours they finally gave us the van we drove. Two weeks later I went to fold the seats into the floor like they told me they would only to find out it was not possible. I went back to the dealership and the sales manager Randy said it wasn’t possible so I went in and talked to the general manager and he said they would make it right. There idea making it right was to trade the van in on the right model for $6000.00 less than we paid and to raise our payment by almost $200.00. The worst experience we have ever had. More

We worked with Roger and we told him what we were looking for and our price range. We ended up looking into a truck and the price and the payments were completely doable. Roger was a great help and got everything we were wanting. Our son has a great used truck for his first vehicle and he absolutely loves it! More

O I purchased my 2018 Jeep Cherokee in December of 2017. After looking online at their different vehicles, I decided to go to the lot to look at them. Online, and on the tag price written showed the vehicle was within my budget. My dad agreed to be my cosigner. I was a single mother at the time, struggling with the vehicle I was in, and needed something more practical and safe for my children. When I got there, the salesman Aaron (sp?) greeted me. I looked at and test drove the Jeep, and although I was not in love with it, I knew it would be my best bet to get approved at a price I could live with, with not a lot of negative equity from my trade in, etc. I asked them multiple times what the final finance price would be, and they told me that I would learn all that when I went back to finance. Since I was short on time, needing to pick my daughter up from school, my dad had to go up there while I was out. During that time, they took my dad into the finance department to look over and sign the paperwork putting him under the impression that I had already agreed to all the numbers. Little had either of us known, they had completely taken my name off the loan, meaning that I never got the chance to look at the numbers, and being stuck with a $35k loan and a $600 a month payment. The paperwork had already been signed and I was stuck. It took a fight to even get my name on the title, which took extra time and incurred penalties on my tag, title, and license paperwork to which I was promised reimbursement and never received. When I asked them how the price jumped so high from the sticker/internet price, they told me that the price advertised was the price with all rebates applied, which I was finally told weeks after the transaction. Had I known, I would have never asked my dad to co-sign for such a large amount, without it being a truck, which is what I really wanted. Barry Sanders Supercenter is nothing but a place of liars, and thieves. Now, I have almost $12k negative equity in my Jeep because it wasn't worth what the loan was for in the first place. More
