Jeep repair My Jeep was not running very well so called the service department to make an appointment and dropped it off the same day. They said it would be a couple of day before they could get it in. No problem. They called later that day with the diagnosis and an estimate of cost. It was completely the next day. Couldn’t find the problem Update: I was contacted by the staff here and they went out of their way to get my car fixed. They even provided a free rental car so that they could monitor my car over several days to ensure they fixed the problem. I would definitely buy a car from here again. The team here is very nice so it makes me sad to write an average review. I brought my car in and they said they could not recreate my issue or find an error message from my cars computer. They gave me a few numbers to call to report my problem but they didn’t seem to interested in investigating the problem any further even though I would consider it a serious safety concern considering the fact my windshield wipers will just quit working sporadically in the middle of driving. They told me I could go ahead and leave it there but what use is that if they’ve already stated they couldn’t figure out the problem? Again the people there are incredibly nice and easy to work with but sadly this encounter left a bad taste in my mouth. More
