As promised. We were in to have remote start installed on our Cherokee. We were told could take 6+ hours. Airbag system service In just a few minutes, the mechanics located the source of the airbag warning on the dash. They determined a seat airbag needed to be replaced. But the part was on backorder, so I will look forward to returning to the dealership when the part arrives, and get it replaced. I was immediately met at the door of the service department by a friendly smile and greeting. As I waited in the lounge, she came and explained the problem to me in detail, and answered my questions. I was informed I would need to return when the replacement airbag arrived. More
