1st Time user While I was very pleased with the work completed, my complaint deals with communication. When my vehicle was dropped off I was contacted later that da While I was very pleased with the work completed, my complaint deals with communication. When my vehicle was dropped off I was contacted later that day, that the replacement part would not be delivered until the following day. Being that my appointment wasn’t until 2pm, I had no issue with this. I also received a text message from the person I was working with saying that if I have curation please feel free to send me a text or call the number listed. The following day at 11:30 I sent a text message to the Service rep to get an update, after an hour and no response I called the service desk and was told she was at lunch and she would call me back. At 1:30 I called the serve center again after not receiving a phone call and was assured my message would be delivered this time. At 2:30 I called again and this time after a 5 minute hold I was told the part didn’t arrive on time could not be replaced that day. I was told my option were to come pick up my vehicle, which meant rescheduling an appointment, with the next available being 8 days out or I could leave my vehicle there and maybe a mechanic could work my vehicle in between appointments. When asked why my vehicle that had been in the shop for 36hrs wouldn’t have priority on Friday morning I was informed that’s not the way the service center works. My vehicle was fixed by 10:30am the next morning, but that was a way too complicated repair. I was also not able to get a receipt because the printer wasn’t working. I hate to assume, I had all these issues because the work required was warranty work resulting in no gross profit. More

Best car dealership in Oklahoma I wish I could give Barry Sanders Supercenter more than 5 stars. This was by far the easiest, most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. I wish I could give Barry Sanders Supercenter more than 5 stars. This was by far the easiest, most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. And trust me, I am not typically a fan of car dealerships. At Barry Sanders you will not be subjected to pushy salesmen who badger you constantly. If you have any questions they are quick to respond, but with no pressure to buy. I bought my daughter a Jeep Compass and we could not be happier with her car. We were lucky enough to have Roger Creager as our salesman and he is wonderful. Such a nice, honest man and a pleasure to know. He and Kristy even delivered the vehicle to our home in Midwest City at no charge. Kristy was kind enough to sit in the car with my daughter and show her how to use all of the features that the car came with. Barry Sanders is well worth the short drive to Stillwater if you are in the market for a new or used car. I recommend them to everyone I know. While you are there, stop by and meet Wade Benge in finance. He is also absolutely wonderful and I really enjoyed getting to visit with him. I love Barry Sanders Supercenter and I will always return whenever I need another vehicle. Highly recommend! More
