Recall and multi point came In for a recall notice and asked if tire pressure could be checked. I was assured a multi point inspection would be completed. When picking up ve came In for a recall notice and asked if tire pressure could be checked. I was assured a multi point inspection would be completed. When picking up vehicle asked if tires were checked and the answer was “yes”. I checked the onboard tire monitor and tire pressure was the same, front tires were 20#’s different. No check was done on tires, what else was not done when paperwork said completed? Was the tie rod recall fixed? At this point your company has lost all credibility with me, deliberately lying on documents. I will drive into Edmond before using Barry Sanders again. More
