not recommended The people in the administrative area are very rude and unprofessional. They do not answer emails It phone msgs. We have lived all over the world and I have never ever ever dealt with a company like this. We are military and were transferred last year to Austin. This whole area was hit by a catastrophic hail storm last month. EVERY body shop is booked and EVERY rental car agency is out of rentals. We finally found a body shop that could accommodate our needs but it is 45 minutes away. The insurance check for repair came two weeks ago. I sent it to BMI. They are now holding the check * hostage * and will not release the funds to assist with getting a rental or a down pymt to the repair shop. The email address I had for Anabel ( bmi employee ) kept bouncing back that it was not a good address. I emailed Jennifer Garcia ( another bmi employee ) last week and asked her to please forward the email to Anabel. Nothing.....crickets. . nothing. So, I emailed her again Garcia again with pics and I finally has to ask Garcia to PLEASE acknowledge receipt of the email. I finally get a reply yesterday and here is what it said: here is Anabels correct email address. I don't know anything about this account. WOW. Thats Professional. My husband finally had to take time out of his day to call Anabel because she doesn't return emails. Did I mention my husband is out of state with the military? Thanks BMI for your assistance! NOT! I appreciate the help. More
