My car still smells of fuel for a recall and transmission flush. I wasted 3 days 18hour between the 3 day going back and fourth. Lost out on my second job to go back and forth for something that should only flush. I wasted 3 days 18hour between the 3 day going back and fourth. I was told my vehicle was ready at 1pm in the afternoon, I told them I was not near that I would be there more towards closing time. I came picked up my car went to my family members house where my children were. I went to leave at 10pm at night and there was the backseat completely detached no seatbelts and the back of the chair was broken. I was unable to bring my 5year and 9 year old home until 12:30 at night because I hate to call my husband from his second job to pick up us. My seat was broken which they did correct but it still should have never happened in the first place. They were nonchalant with their apologies. I almost felt crazy for being angry for the issue they have caused. They felt since they gave me a loaner car that it would make the situation better. I spent $300 to have them ruin my car that is. 2012 with only 15000 miles on it. Beware of this place I will never come back. More
