I second my previous review, as we've been there again since. Baron blows the other LI dealerships out of the water on every possible level. Service is impeccable, prices are lower than anywhere else including indy shops, there are no pushy service advisors or unreasonable waits. Everyone was courteous, friendly, and went out of their way to help. Every Nissan in this family will be going to Baron for service going forward, despite the fact that there are several dealerships closer to home.

Good Morning Brian, I was a bit taken back by this review as we do not charge $800 for front brakes. I reviewed your service bill and although your total bill was $814 there was more work done than just front brakes. We did a Synthetic Oil and Filter Change, A Tire Rotation, We also did a Brake Fluid Service, Replaced Front Brake Pads, and both Front Rotors. The total also included $75 of NYS taxes. Good Morning Robert, My name is Jason Fachner, I am the service manager at Baron Nissan, I can assure you that there was no sleezy tactics, my service advisor called you and explained that when you installed the aftermarket dash cam you knocked the lane assist camera off the mount, she also explained to you the cost to reattach the camera and recalibrate/align the system. You declined to service the vehicle and it was released to you. What you signed was a reciept that states just that, we offered to repair your vehicle and you declined. I am sorry that you did not have a good experience here. Stay Safe.
