We are sorry that the customer felt they were treated unfairly. CarFax reports are readily available to all consumers through our website, for free, without even coming into the showroom. The events described here are not our standard business practice and would never be tolerated by our management. The customer mentions Brian in his review, however, Brian is our General Manager and would not be the one that is involved in the activity that is cited here. We would love the opportunity to discuss these events with this customer, if only to understand what happened, who was involved and how we can prevent an issue such as this in the future.
