I was so happy with my experience today. Sara was so kind and helped me understand what was going on with my car. The service people in the shop were also so nice and easy to deal with. There were two features listed in the advertisment description which the vehicle ended up not having (remote start, and a panaramic moonroof). The website and dealership order system didnt work for me so my discussion and expectations were done in 4 different mediums - text, phone, email, and a "chat" space in their platform . I received text messages from people i hadnt been introduced to asking for money. I did not know there was a non refundable deposit required. An introductory email from the notary company said there would be a zoom-like meeting to confirm our ID. Then the 2nd finance rep called to say a notary was physically being sent to get signatures. The notary was dispatched to an address we were'nt currently at, so he had to cancelled that order and re-ordered to the correct address. The paperwork was never gone over with us, the notary is not allowed to go over it. Blank, incomplete pages were signed. Notary did not know he was collecting a check from us for the down payment. I sent him with a personal check, after i called the dealership and confirmed personal check was ok. It took 4 business days to get confirmation from sales person that the fedexed package and check were recieved. It took 17 days from start to delivery. I had to arrange my own car transport and i still dont have any copies of the paperwork we signed. Once the car was released to the transport company the ads and any description of the vehicle were removed from the site. I used a screen shot from when i originally found the vehicle to get the vin # to add the car to my insurance policy. This was the most uncomfortable purchase i've ever made (and i purchased a vacation home sight unseen). I will never purchase a car online again - regardless of dealer. More
Great service, reasonable oil changes. For large repairs, highly recommend that you check around, especially if car is older.
