Previously, I would never have described the "purchasing process" associated with a new or used car as enjoyable. Between the high pressure sales tactics of the over-zealous sales representative "purchasing process" associated with a new or used car as enjoyable. Between the high pressure sales tactics of the over-zealous sales representative and the finance manager that works behind some magical curtain like The Wizard of Oz sending messages back and forth to you through his minion -the unfortunate buyer was completely at the mercy of the dealership. Your singular option was to grit your teeth and hope for the best; if you’re lucky they will ALLOW you to buy one of their cars. Then I walked into the Baron Mini dealership and was presented with a new approach to the buying experience. Arron Mumma, my sales representative, openly answered every question that I asked; even if the answers would not be to the benefit of his sales commission. Then second oddity occurred when I was allowed to go behind the wizard’s magical curtain and sat down with John finance manager. He patiently ran numerous finance scenarios that I requested, explaining the pros and cons of each option to me. Then he took a new approach for me, he waited for ME to decide what I wanted; not the usual headlock that is applied to force the decision. This is truly a professional team that understands how today’s car buyer wants to be treated and responded to. Great job, Baron Mini. More

I live 200 miles from Baron. I knew that I wanted a Mini, having owned and loved driving a BMW for many years, however, I had never even seen my car until the day of delivery. Telling them I would be back with my husband, they didn't bombard me with calls or e-mails for the next days, as other dealerships did. Made my way back to the dealership a few days later and they treated my husband the same way they treated me. They worked with my budget and needs and were a tremendous help to allow me to get the car I was in love with. Not only did they deliver what was expected, but also threw in there a few perks. On my first visit I test drove a 2013 and got quoted on it, but when I came back that car was no longer there, so they gave me a 2014 at the same price. Getting my first MINI was such a pleasant experience. The car was spotless and looking hotter than ever when they gave it to me. I even got a picture taken with it for my calendar and a goody's bag that made me feel like I was part of a new MINI club. They noticed that the car had a small scratch in the antenna after they buffed it, and they apologized for it and fixed that on the first chance without hesitation. Details on the contract were explained to me clearly and all of my questions based on the car or the contract were clearly answered. During my hunt for the right car, I visited over 5 dealerships in the area. Baron MINI was the only one that did not make me feel the dread of dealing with car salesman and dealerships. It was different in a positive way. It was clean, customer friendly, comfortable and organized. It was such a great experience, my car was so dreamy, and the way they worked with me on the price was so professional, that now my husband, someone that had swore by Accura his whole life, is looking into getting a MINI at Baron MINI as well. Aaron provided several Minis for me to test drive. Then Aaron and Ric helped order my new Mini just the way I wanted it. Came in to service my mini convertible and saw a new all4 countryman. Debbie made it happen and even moved my luggage to new car so I could get on the road faster.
