I was told it would take 1hour-1. 5 hours to do an oil change with a wash and vacuum. I said then just do the oil change. It took just over 2 hours! I was then told they washed and vac 5 hours to do an oil change with a wash and vacuum. I said then just do the oil change. It took just over 2 hours! I was then told they washed and vacuumed my car. They did not. Can someone explain to me why it took so long? More
