Kirk always lets me know what is happening with my car and he is upfront about the repairs needed. He makes sure I’m comfortable with the repairs and that I have transportation in the meantime. Thank you for the complimentary waters and sodas in the little fridge; could you please have decaf capsules for the coffee maker as well. made a last minute appointment for a brake system flush & oil change & once there i noticed they got very busy while i was checking in, the phones never stopped ringing & they were able to get me in, Bill fo oil change & once there i noticed they got very busy while i was checking in, the phones never stopped ringing & they were able to get me in, Bill found two additional issues, which they were able to address at this appointment, throughout Kirk kept me advised and was avaliable for any questions I had, while managing other customers, I appreciated the personal & proffessional attention.
