As a former BMW owner the dealership was not unfamiliar to me but they still had me in their system even after years of impressed for the most part. I found them helpful and capable as well as straightforward with minimal pressure to upsell services or products. Despite having to navigate with a TPP ESP for coverage and approvals I never felt alienated or treated differently than a cash customer.
