I am truly impressed with the service department. My week-old 2025 Countryman SE All4 started making quite a racket upon turning the steering wheel while backing out of my garage. Baron immediately took the car in to see if they could replicate the noise and vibration. The problem was that it did not always occur. I took the car back a few weeks later when the noise began occurring regularly and was sometimes so loud that neighbors heard it. They immediately ordered a new rack and associated parts from Germany as none existed in the U.S. My understanding is that no dealer had seen this problem in a new Min like mine. Once the repair was completed, silence became golden. Excellent work. A new entry in the Mini dealer service bulletin now exists for the Countryman SE All4..Sara at the front desk managed the entire affair with expertise and while keeping me informed. Kudos to all. More
