Lou was very patient, and understanding that I was making a big purchase, gave me all the time that I needed to make a decision. He made sure all of my questions were answered, and never gave me the high pressure sell. I had to go back to see him weeks later to ask him some questions about my Accord, and he was more than happy to give me his time to answer them. Finance manager Joe Giella was also very friendly and courteous. He took care of my business swiftly, and made sure I understood everything I was signing. When I declined his offer to go over dealer options like an extended warranty, he didn't pressure me into buying something just so he can pad his commission. He accepted my desire to pass on the options, and moved on to finish the deal in a short time, so I could go over the car's features with Lou, and leave soon after with my new car. Our lease was up in a few months and we kept getting letters from various dealers to turn in the car before the lease was up. We decided to check out the Honda offer on Tuesday. We told Brian that we had just come in to see what the offer was all about and we were not going to get a car as we wanted to check out the other offers we had received. He called our lease company, checked out our car, and let us test drive a Honda Civic EX by ourselves. By the time we left, we had all the info that we needed and Brian said to call him and let him know what we decided and we could come in talk about it the next day. There was absolutely no pressure at all. The next day we called Brian and told him that we wanted the car. It was an unbelievable experience. Brian's friendliness, people skills and professionalism are absolutely amazing, not only with us, but with everyone he talked to on the phone. We filled out all the papers and then went back in the afternoon to turn in our car and pick up our new car. Our 14 year old grandaughter came with us to pick up the car, and even she was impressed with Brian. He engaged her in our conversations and made her feel right at home. Brian is definitely an asset to Baron Honda and we are grateful to him, and Theresa, the Finance Manager, for making our first experience with Honda a wonderful one.
