At the time I was in a bad situation; my "new" car had broken down within a week of my purchase from a private owner. It was a week before Thanksgiving and times couldn't be harder financially for myself and my family; in addition to this my credit was not exactly the greatest due to overdue student loans. Jack Curran took this into consideration and was quite courteous in a manner which indicated he genuinely cared for my hardships.
