I was there for maybe an hour, they told me my car would be ready at 4, had a little more paperwork to do, walked out of dealership at 5:15. Trustworthy and easygoing dealership My husband and I were looking to upgrade from our Honda CRV to a new Honda Pilot 2016. We have always used the excellent service department here so o My husband and I were looking to upgrade from our Honda CRV to a new Honda Pilot 2016. We have always used the excellent service department here so one day while our car was being serviced we went into the showroom to look at the new Pilots, as there style had changed. We met our Salesman Brian McCabe and even though he knew we were not looking to make a purchase anytime soon he still gave us the same attention and courtesy you would expect from this dealership. When we were ready to trade in our CR-V and lease a new Pilot, Brian was eager to sit down with us and discuss our new lease. Brian and the rest of Baron were great in getting us the price we were willing to pay and were very fair when it came to the value of our trade-in. Our Pilot took close to three months to come in since they are in such high demand but Brian kept in constant contact with us to let us know about the status of our car. Our car finally came in and Brian was flexible with a delivery time that fit our schedule and was more than willing to do anything we needed to make that appointment as easy as could be, especially with our two small children with us!!! Brian McCabe was honest with us and at never a point did we feel like we were being "duped" or taken advantage of which is how many people feel when they are car shopping. This dealership is child friendly ( coloring books, balloons and lots of snacks) and was an overall pleasure to do business with.
