I was in the dealership lot the day before the purchase looking over the used car inventory. It was nice to be able to shop in peace. I found a vehicle that I was interested in. I took some time to think it over and research the car a bit. I returned the next day and was greeted by Bobby Brodeur. He's very friendly and was a pleasure to work with. I had two of my kids with me and he was great with them. They kept them entertained as well with toys and snacks. Very friendly and family oriented dealership. I told him which vehicle I was interested in and he quickly got me out on a test drive. He even had keys to other vehicles for comparison without me asking. I got back and was sold on the car. We briefly talked price. He took the time to listen to my concerns and did his best to meet my needs. I brought in a trade and they were more than reasonable with their offer. I financed through the dealer which was smooth. During the transaction I had a concern. They quickly got the bank on the phone in front of me and everything was resolved quickly. I couldn't thank Bobby enough. It truly was a pleasure. Baron Honda just earned themselves a new customer! More

I gave this dealership 5 starts for a two reasons. First, I bought a preowned 2012 Honda Pilot from them back in 2015 and never had an issue with it. Great vehicle! A few days ago my husband and I went to look at trading in the older Pilot for a new one but realized with 3 children we would need a bigger vehicle and decided on the 2018 Honda Odyssey. The vehicle is beautiful and large, perfect for what we wanted and needed. The second reason for my 5 star review was the customer service that we received. From the minute I walked in the dealership and was greeted by Bobby Brodeur I was impressed. Bobby was very educated on the vehicles he was showing to us, was very nice, and was not pushy. I think it is terribly annoying when a salesperson is trying to push a product on you. He was not like that. Definitely kept on us, but not suffocating, we had plenty of time to discuss, in private, decisions on what we wanted without that awkwardness of someone standing right there. Since we looked over the weekend we couldn't take our vehicle until Monday, but as soon as there was a change that we needed to know about, Bobby called us right away not wanting us to walk into a surprise on monday. He was great dealing with us, not to mention how it was almost like a team effort with everyone being so great with our children. (between 2 days at the deanship with 3 kids saturday and 2 kids monday (1 was in school)). My kids were offered snacks, drinks, lolly pops, coloring books, and even a princess crown (paper of course!)).. We were treated like family. We had a great experience and highly recommend Bobby and his team at Baron Honda. More

No, balloons didn't fall from the ceiling when we signed, but the staff took great care of us and we felt comfortable buying the car at Baron. Juan was very mature and respectful as were the others in the building at the time I was buying the car. I purchased a used car that was in mint condition at a great price. The photos and most importantly the 360 degree video really shows the true beauty of the condition of the car. I am very pleased with my purchase. I did not feel any pressure. When I spoke with a “manager” he assured me that the rep would call me the next day at 330. It’s over a week later and I was never contacted. Went in today for my money back. Never again will I deal with this dealership or anyone that works there. The look of the inside of the building should have warned me not to even waste my time there. More
