Emergency visit These guys are the best . Came. Saturday about 12 with bad tire had s bubble they checked car rear sensor was also leaking . They managed to take ca These guys are the best . Came. They managed to take care of both problems and got my car fixed, I did not have appointment but took care of my car away. They always go the extra mile for the customers . Needs improvement The service manager said the job would take a couple of hours in the morning. He lied and I had to call him at the end of the day asking when my car The service manager said the job would take a couple of hours in the morning. He lied and I had to call him at the end of the day asking when my car would be ready. I had to pick it up at 6pm. No follow through, no compassion for the customer. Nothing...When I picked it up the alignment was off and I had to bring it back to get fixed. We have only 1 car so when I brought it back they couldn’t even provide a loaner car for the day even when the problem was on them. Again not great customer service. This was my second horrible experience with this company. The first experience I tried to speak to the service department manager and he never called me after 2 weeks of trying and leaving 8 messages. I don’t believe the staff even gave him my messages. Customet service is a disaster. More
