Buyer beware!! Our experience with Baron BMW was awful, and we will never go back there again. We purchased a used vehicle from Baron BMW earlier this month. The vehicle was clearly listed on the website and we will never go back there again. We purchased a used vehicle from Baron BMW earlier this month. The vehicle was clearly listed on the website as a "limited" edition -- I still have a screenshot. A few days after purchasing the car, I spoke with Infiniti customer service, and upon them running the VIN-- the car is actually a base model. The price difference new would be $30,000 -- even our insurance changed substantially when we went from insuring it as a limited model to a base model. I called the dealership and spoke with our salessperson, who just wanted to tell me that we still got a great value for our money. He showed me how they run a CARMAX report. I don't care if the mistake was intentional. You sold a car and held it out as a limited model, and it's not. When we purchased the vehicle, I did some quick research to see if it was a good deal. Of course it looked like a great deal -- it was a "base" model. Had it been a limited model, the price was phenomenal. So we jumped on it. Had I known it wasn't a limited model, I honestly don't know if we would've purchased it. In addition to winding up with a car we didn't think we bought, our experience with finance was terrible. The finance person was rude and abrasive. He was so worried about selling an extended warranty that he tried to scare us by telling us how many thousands of dollars everything on our car would cost if it broke. I wound up leaving his office in tears. We should've waked away then, but we didn't. Is it really so important to sell a warranty that you try to make the customer feel bad and worry about everything breaking on their car? I will never return to Baron BMW, and I hope someone reads this and avoids the stress that goes with doing business with this dealership. More
